10 Young Chasers made their way up to Livingston on Wednesday on what was a very chilly but dry night night indeed but that didn’t stop these young athletes putting their all into their performance and a few PB’s achieved as well . First up was Kyle Taylor and Harris Ross in the 80m spring, doing this for the first time so wanting a tme to get them on the board. Kyle ran 12.51 and was 2nd in his heat and Harris ran 13.79 and was 6th. Next up was Josh Abbott running the 300m in a much better run than last week and getting much closer to his PB he ran 40.67. Harry Fuller making 1.30m which is an improvement again from last week wont be long until he is back chasing his PB. Isla Taylor jumped 3.41m in the long jump improving greatly on last weeks 3.19m. Kyle jumped 3.29m not so good as last week but still a good jump in the cold. Daniel Ross jumped 2.93m which again not so good as last week but a good jump none the less. Up next the Javelin Keira Waddell throwing an amazing 33.03 again sporting a back injury so well done you, Harry and Archie Fuller throwing 18.61 and 20.10 respectively. Archie and Harris also throwing the shot put and getting 6.90m and 5.41m respectively. The 100m sprint was next and Joey Brown, Josh and Daniel taking part. Joey was up first and he stormed his heat but unfortunately they were called back due to the finish camera not working and had to run again on his second attempt he still stormed to a win in a time of 13.35, Josh was up next and he also stormed to victory in his heat with a new PB albeit it has been sometime since he has done this so a PB was expected his time was 13.07. Isla ran in the 800m in a time of 3.01 which for so late at night and in the cold is not a bad time. Finally Erin Moran competed in the long jump and achieved a jump of 4.19m putting her 3rd, still suffering from her injury the week before and the fact that it was freezing cold Erin pulled out the High jump.
