Well our green vests appeared multiple times of the BBC today with some of the youngsters getting themselves onto TV especially young Mr Kyle Taylor with his cheeky grin. There was also some selfies with Sir Mo Farah.  Now getting back to business there were a number of adults taking part in the 5K first thing this morning first home was Jamie Kinghorn in a time of 20.19 followed closely by Ben Reynolds in a time of 21.10 then Euan McGregor came over the line in 22.12 followed by our first lady home Leeann Ross in a time of 23.56, Ronald Patterson the first of the Patterson family came in with a time of 24.24 followed by William Reynolds who crossed the line in a time of 25.02 and Nadine Moore followed soon after in a time of 25.56.  Carol Patterson came in with a time of 26.32 followed by Amanda Turner who came in at 26.53 then came Nichola Stewart in a time of 28.21 which is a new PB for Nichola so well done with Emma Patterson being the last Chaser in under 30 mins in a time of 29.13 which is also a new PB for Emma.  Following just after was Jenny Foster and Elaine Smith who came in at 30.17 and 30.18 retrospectively. Katrina Reynolds was making it a family affair with her husband and son and crossed the line in a time of 30.34 followed by Carol Watt tackling her first 5K gaining  a very respectable time of 31.07 excellent run carol followed by Susie Arnott another PB achiever came in with a time of 31.50 and finally Helen McCulloch came in in a time of 34.07.

Next was the juniors starting with the Younger Age Group where Charlie Jones claimed a fantastic 6th place in a time of 10.04, next up was his brother Mattie Jones in a time of 10.39 and finally Harris Ross in a time of 11.50.  Keira Mcgregor came over the line in a time of 12.24.  The older Age group up next and Oliver Stewart was first home in 17th in a time of 9.45 followed very closely in 19th place was Kyle Taylor with a time of 9.49 and hot on his heels was Daniel Ross in 20th position in a time of 9.54 and then Charlie Stewart followed in 28th place in a time of 10.15.  The girls next came next Isla Taylor was the first chaser girl home in a time of 11.07 followed by Erin Moran in 11.59.
